The low-stretch fabric helps ensure low resting and high working pressure. Our experience has shown that for those clients who have a relatively straight leg, the proximal strap is best placed (straight) across. However, for clients with a cone or V-shaped thigh, having the strap create an X-shape may help reduce slippage.
