We're contracted with most major insurance policies, so you can focus on healing, not paperwork. Insurance coverage can vary by plan, even within the same insurance company. Before your order is placed, we'll verify your benefits and explain any coverage limitations or patient responsibility.

Explore Mastectomy CareIf you plan to use insurance, yes. Most insurance plans require a valid prescription and supporting clinical documentation from a recent provider visit that justifies the item being prescribed. Without this documentation, insurance may deny coverage.
If you are paying out of pocket, a prescription is not required. However, because these items are considered retail purchases without a prescription, applicable sales tax will apply.
Even if you are self-paying, we recommend obtaining a prescription whenever possible. It helps ensure we fit you with the most appropriate garment or product based on your provider's diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

Yes. We recommend scheduling an appointment so we can provide you with the best possible experience. Appointments allow us to verify your insurance benefits, obtain any required prescriptions and supporting documentation before your visit, ensure a certified fitter is available, and reserve enough time for a personalized fitting without feeling rushed.
If you stop by without an appointment, we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, because fitters may be with other patients or we may still need to obtain required documentation, we cannot guarantee same-day service.
We work shoulder to shoulder with you, your medical practitioner, and our manufacturers to get the product right.
