Every patient's journey is unique. Depending on your condition, some steps may not apply. Our experienced fitters work closely with your healthcare team to determine the right time and the right compression solution for you.
Daytime compression is designed to be worn while you're awake and moving. These garments provide graduated compression to help manage swelling throughout your daily activities and are available in ready-to-wear, custom, and flat knit options.
Nighttime compression is designed to be worn while you sleep or rest. Because your body is in a different position at night, these garments use textured foam, channels, or specialized construction to help maintain swelling reduction, soften fibrotic tissue, and support long-term lymphedema management while remaining comfortable enough for extended wear.
Many patients benefit from both daytime and nighttime compression as part of a complete treatment plan. Your certified fitter and healthcare provider will help determine which garments are appropriate for your diagnosis, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
We work with experienced therapists throughout Central Texas who provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing lymphedema care. The providers below can help determine the most appropriate treatment plan and work with your compression garment needs.

"I've been a customer of P&H for over 14 years. I have lymphedema from my waist to my toes — compression capris and knee-highs during the day, a Solaris Tribute Night garment at night. Missy Garner has managed my compression needs with precision. Her measurements are spot on, and I've never had to send anything back for resizing. She also gives me options beyond the standard nude or black — I have on lilac today. The colors help me stay compliant. I've survived 24/7 compression thanks to P&H. Thank you, Missy."

"The folks at P&H Services have always done a fantastic job. I wear thigh high compression stockings on a daily basis. The fit and sizing have always been excellent when I've ordered garments. It does take an initial period of adjustment when wearing compression garments but after that the benefits are enormous. My leg edema has been very well controlled for years and edema no longer impacts my daily life."
